Hygiene and safety

The following rules apply from  Wednesday, January 12, 2022: Access to the museum is only possible for people who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 or have fully recovered from a COVID-19 infection.

This does not apply to children up to 7 years of age. Also excluded are minors who present a test (not older than 24h) or who can provide a certificate from their school to prove that they are regularly tested twice a week at the school. 

People who can prove by presenting a doctor’s note that they cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and who present a test (not older than 24h) are also excluded.

People from the age of 16 up have to present a valid photo ID along with their vaccination, recovery or test certificates.

When visiting the museum, please note the current hygiene rules and advices in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  1. Please disinfect your hands.
  2. Please keep the prescribed distance of 1.5 m from other visitors.
  3. Please consider other visitors when you meet in narrow spaces such as stairs or doors.
  4. Please avoid touching things in the museum.
  5. It is currently not allowed to use the receiver at our audio station.
  6. A full-face-mask must be worn.
  7. Checking in with the luca app is also recommended.

In addition, only fully vaccinated and recovered people can partake in guided tours.
